As you may remember When is the meaning of time and If is hypothetical. \u201cIf\u201d has another meaning; in the video it says that \u201cIf\u201d has meaning of emphasis the hypnotic. I agree that and I want to add one more meaning which is \u201cWish but can\u2019t make it soon\u201d.
