dag."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every day.\u00a0 I&#8217;m getting into this theme of things we do <strong>daglig<\/strong> (daily).\u00a0 Of course some of the things I do in my <strong>dagligliv<\/strong> (daily life), you do not do and some of the things you do in your <strong>dagligliv<\/strong>, I do not do.\u00a0 However, many of the things we do in our <strong>dagligeliv<\/strong> (notice I didn&#8217;t add anything after &#8216;<strong>liv<\/strong>&#8216; to make it plural, because &#8216;<strong>liv<\/strong>&#8216; is a one-syllable &#8216;et&#8217; noun, so it doesn&#8217;t get any suffix in the indefinite plural-<strong>Husker du<\/strong>?\u00a0 Do you remember?)<\/p>\n<p>a few other words you might like to know when you talk about the frequency in which things occur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>vanligvis<\/strong>-usually\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>av v\u00e5kner<\/strong>.\u00a0 I drink coffee every day\u00a0as soon as\u00a0I wake up.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Hver dag<\/span> spiser jeg frokost f\u00f8r jeg g\u00e5r p\u00e5 jobb <\/strong>(notice the use of inversion)<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0 Every day I eat breakfast before I go to work.<\/p>\n<p>\ufffd<strong>Jeg tar en dusj <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">hver dag<\/span>.<\/strong>\u00a0 I take a shower every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Hver dag<\/span> sjekker jeg eposten min<\/strong>.\u00a0 Every day I check my email.<\/p>\n<p>And on to other frequencies&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeg snakker med faren min <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">ofte<\/span>.<\/strong>\u00a0 I talk to my father often.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Noen ganger<\/span> liker jeg \u00e5 spise pannekaker til frokost <\/strong>(another use of inversion).\u00a0 Sometimes I like to eat pancakes for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeg leser <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">sjelden<\/span> b\u00f8ker.<\/strong>\u00a0 I read books seldomly<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Av og til<\/span> vasker jeg bilen min.<\/strong>\u00a0 Now and then I wash my car<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hun pr\u00f8ver <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">alltid<\/span> \u00e5 v\u00e6re snill.<\/strong>\u00a0 She always tries to be nice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De reiser <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">aldri<\/span> til Europa<\/strong>.\u00a0 They never travel to Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Vanligvis<\/span> l\u00f8per jeg med hunden min om morgenen<\/strong>.\u00a0 Usually I run with my dog in the morning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hunden min har mye energi <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">hele tiden<\/span>.<\/strong>\u00a0 My dog has a lot of energy all the time.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Igjen og igjen<\/span> glemmer kj\u00e6resten min \u00e5 sl\u00e5 av lysene.<\/strong>\u00a0 Time and again my boyfriend forgets to turn the lights off.<\/p>\n<p>You get the idea, right?\u00a0 Just remember to
