biblioteket"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the library.\u00a0 At some point in your life, you probably spent a significant amount of time <strong>p\u00e5 biblioteket<\/strong>.\u00a0 Maybe <strong>p\u00e5 grunnskole<\/strong> (grade school), <strong>videreg\u00e5endeskole<\/strong> (high school), <strong>universitetet (<\/strong>college), <strong>p\u00e5 jobb<\/strong> (at work), <strong>eller i fritida<\/strong> (or in freetime).\u00a0 I always thought it was fun <strong>\u00e5 dra til biblioteket<\/strong> (to go to the library) when I was younger.\u00a0 There were always <strong>veldig snille damer<\/strong> (very nice ladies) that worked there.\u00a0 Doesn&#8217;t it seem like 99% of <strong>bibliotekarer<\/strong> (librarians) are women?\u00a0 I&#8217;ve always wondered why that is, especially since women seem to be more chatty and louder <strong>p\u00e5 arbeidsplass<\/strong> (in the workplace) than men, and of course, it is important to be <strong>stille<\/strong> (quiet) <strong>p\u00e5 biblioteket<\/strong>.\u00a0 Besides the <strong>snille damer<\/strong>, I liked sitting in the <strong>barnerom<\/strong> (kid&#8217;s room) <strong>p\u00e5 bibiloteket<\/strong>.\u00a0 There were lots of stuffed <strong>dyr<\/strong> (animals) and <strong>lyse farger<\/strong> (bright colors) <strong>overalt<\/strong> (everywhere\\all over).\u00a0 Sometimes <strong>en bibliotekar<\/strong> would <strong>lese historier til barna<\/strong>\u00a0(read stories to the kids).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Besides barneb\u00f8ker (children&#8217;s books), there\u00a0is <strong>mye annet som finnes p\u00e5 biblioteket<\/strong> (much more that\u00a0is found\u00a0at the library).\u00a0 Two major categories of reading material are <strong>skj\u00f8nnlitteratur<\/strong> and <strong>faglitteratur\\fagbok<\/strong> (non-fiction).\u00a0 I have\u00a0preferred <strong>faglitteratur<\/strong> since I was quite young.\u00a0 <strong>Hva med deg<\/strong> (How about you)?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e5 biblioteket<\/strong> there are also <strong>aviser<\/strong> (newspapers), <strong>magasiner<\/strong> (magazines), <strong>filmer<\/strong> (movies), <strong>h\u00f8rbar b\u00f8ker\\ b\u00f8ker p\u00e5 kassettb\u00e5nd<\/strong>\u00a0(audible books\\books on tape), <strong>musikk<\/strong> (music), <strong>datamaskiner<\/strong> (computers), <strong>o.s.v.\u00a0<\/strong> Even if <strong>biblioteket<\/strong> is not your favorite place to be, it&#8217;s pretty difficult to get bored with all of the information available to you.\u00a0 I think when I&#8217;m older, I&#8217;ll probably spend a lot of time <strong>p\u00e5<\/strong> <strong>biblioteket<\/strong> and I hope I have my own mini-<strong>bibliotek hjemme<\/strong> (at home).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Har dere en<\/strong> <strong>favoritt bok<\/strong> (Do you have a favorite book) or <strong>forfatter<\/strong> (author)?\u00a0 <strong>Kj\u00e6rlighetsroman<\/strong> (romance novel)?\u00a0 <strong>Sci-fi<\/strong>?\u00a0 <strong>Biografi<\/strong>?\u00a0 <strong>Komedie<\/strong> (comedy)?\u00a0 <strong>Poesi\\dikt<\/strong>
