{"id":203,"date":"2010-02-26T00:34:51","date_gmt":"2010-02-26T04:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/?p=203"},"modified":"2010-02-26T00:34:51","modified_gmt":"2010-02-26T04:34:51","slug":"training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/training\/","title":{"rendered":"training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00e5 trene<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to stay with the Olympic theme since the 2010 Vancouver winter games are on most peoples&#8217; minds and they are nearly over \ud83d\ude41\u00a0 .\u00a0 I have been thinking a lot about how intense it must be to be an Olympic <strong>atlet<\/strong>.\u00a0 Think about the kind of <strong>disiplin<\/strong> one would have to prove-<strong>b\u00e5de fysisk<\/strong> (physical) og <strong>mentalsk <\/strong>(mentally).\u00a0 I can imagine it&#8217;s very similar to a full time job, but you can&#8217;t necessarily come home and have a couple drinks to ease whatever kind of day you might have had.\u00a0 Of course each <strong>trener<\/strong> (coach) operates in his or her own fashion, but there are definitely certain <strong>fraser <\/strong>(phrases) og <strong>forventninger<\/strong> (expectations) that <strong>trenere <\/strong>(coaches) <strong>tilbyr<\/strong> (offer) <strong>eller<\/strong> (or) <strong>roper <\/strong>(yell) to the athletes that you may hear on the TV <strong>og ikke forst\u00e5<\/strong> (and not understand).\u00a0 So what might yourself or an Olympic <strong>atlet<\/strong> (athlete) hear from a\u00a0<strong>trener<\/strong> <strong>f\u00f8r, under, eller etter<\/strong> (before, during, or after) en konkurranse (a competition).<\/p>\n<p><strong>La oss begynne\u00a0med <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">f\u00f8r konkurransen<\/span><\/strong> (Let&#8217;s start with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">before the competition<\/span>):<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lykke til<\/strong>-good luck<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ta et friskt vindpust &#8211;<\/strong>take a breath of fresh air<\/p>\n<p><strong>tenk p\u00e5 hva du skal gj\u00f8re<\/strong>-think about what you are going to do<\/p>\n<p><strong>bli sterk<\/strong>-be strong<\/p>\n<p><strong>ikke gi opp uansett hva som skjer<\/strong> (don&#8217;t give up no matter what happens)<\/p>\n<p><strong>tenk p\u00e5 hvordan du representerer landet ditt<\/strong> (think about how you represent your country)<\/p>\n<p><strong>ikke glem hvor hardt du har arbeidet for dette<\/strong> (don&#8217;t forget how hard you have worked for this)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">under konkurransen<\/span><\/strong> (during the competition):<\/p>\n<p><strong>-kom igjen!<\/strong> (come on\/let&#8217;s go&#8230;!)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>fortere<\/strong> (faster)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>h\u00f8yere<\/strong> (higher)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>du kan gj\u00f8re det<\/strong> (you can do it)<\/p>\n<p><strong>-du m\u00e5 fokusere<\/strong> (you need to focus)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>slapp av<\/strong> (loosen up\/relax)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">etter konkurransen<\/span><\/strong> (after the competition)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>bra gjort<\/strong> (well done)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>gratulerer<\/strong> (congratulations)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>du ble veldig rolig<\/strong> (you remained very calm)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>du vant<\/strong> (you won)!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>dette var en god presentasjon\/et godt program<\/strong> (that was a good presentation\/program)<\/p>\n<p>Ok, so these were pretty much positive comments, but that&#8217;s how I&#8217;m feeling right now after watching the short program <strong>kunstl\u00f8p<\/strong>!\u00a0 I just saw South Korean Kim Yu-Na skate out of her mind and get 150 points.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jeg elsker OL!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00e5 trene.
