{"id":212,"date":"2010-03-05T01:47:09","date_gmt":"2010-03-05T01:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/?p=212"},"modified":"2010-03-05T01:51:22","modified_gmt":"2010-03-05T01:51:22","slug":"a-ha-is-%e2%80%98%e2%80%99ending-on-a-high-note%e2%80%99%e2%80%99-the-title-of-their-upcoming-tour","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/a-ha-is-%e2%80%98%e2%80%99ending-on-a-high-note%e2%80%99%e2%80%99-the-title-of-their-upcoming-tour\/","title":{"rendered":"a-ha is \u2018\u2019Ending on a High Note\u2019\u2019-the title of their upcoming tour."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Did you know that\u00a0the famous \u201csynthpop\/rock\u201d band\u00a0is Norwegian?\u00a0 I didn\u2019t know this for a long time.\u00a0 a-ha is Norway\u2019s best selling musical artist ever and they are going on a special tour in August and September around Norway before they go on to perform their last <strong>konserter<\/strong> (concerts) at Oslo Spektrum in December-unfortunately these are already <strong>utsolgt<\/strong> (sold out).\u00a0 There are 6 <strong>konserter<\/strong> coming up in late summer and here are their venues:<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Ullev\u00e5l stadion-Oslo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-Brann stadion-Bergen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-Lerkendal stadion-Trondheim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-S\u00f8r Arena-Kristiansand<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-R\u00e5tt og R\u00e5defestivalen-Stavnger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-D\u00f8gnvillfestivalen-Troms\u00f8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These 6 concerts, as far as I know at least, are ikke utsolgt (not sold out).\u00a0 <strong>Billettsalget begynner 3. mars klokka 0900 og slutter l\u00f8rdag 6. mars kl. 1800<\/strong> (The ticket sale starts March 3rd at 9 a.m. and ends Saturday March 6th at 6 p.m.).\u00a0 <strong>Billetter koster 595 NOK<\/strong> (Tickets cost 100 USD), unless you have <strong>A-kortet<\/strong> (A-card), which is available to individuals who have an <strong>abonnement<\/strong> (subscription) to Aftenposten.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Med<\/strong> <strong>A-kortet<\/strong> <strong>er prisen 495 NOK <\/strong>(With the A-card the price is 83 USD).\u00a0 Just an FYI in case you are thinking about purchasing <strong>en billett, prisene er eks. billettavgift<\/strong> (the prices are excluding ticket taxes).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the announcement about the tour dates and locations late summer, a-ha has recently announced that the band will give <strong>4 millioner NOK<\/strong> (over 673,000 USD) to 4 <strong>ferske artister <\/strong>(4 up-coming artists) during the last 4 stadium shows in Norway.\u00a0 Magne Furuholmen, one of the <strong>artister<\/strong> in the band, spoke on behalf of a-ha when he said that\u00a0a-ha has had a spectacular career that <strong>mange st\u00f8ttet<\/strong> (many supported);
