  2. Norwegian Magnus Carlsen<\/a> is verdensmester i sjakk<\/b> (World Champion of Chess)<\/li>\n
  3. together with Swedish, Norwegian is one of very few European languages with Chinese-style tones<\/a> (word melodies)<\/li>\n
  4. Europe\u2019s northernmost point is Knivskjellodden<\/a> in Norway<\/li>\n
  5. the sounds rever<\/b> (foxes) make were the inspiration for Norway\u2019s biggest YouTube<\/a> sensation<\/li>\n

  11. thanks to its fjorder<\/b>, Norskekysten<\/b> (the Norwegian coast) is among the world\u2019s most beautiful shorelines \u2013 in fact it\u2019s mentioned in the sci-fi hit The Hitchhiker\u2019s Guide to the Galaxy<\/i>, where a \u201dgalactic designer\u201d has won an award for it! \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n
  12. Norwegian athletes have won more medals at Vinter-OL <\/b>(Winter Olympic Games) than any other nation (currently 329)<\/li>\n
