{"id":359,"date":"2010-05-23T15:53:46","date_gmt":"2010-05-23T15:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/?p=359"},"modified":"2014-08-21T20:41:39","modified_gmt":"2014-08-21T20:41:39","slug":"hows-the-weather-in-norway-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/norwegian\/hows-the-weather-in-norway-today\/","title":{"rendered":"How&#8217;s the weather in Norway today?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Hvordan er v\u00e6ret i Norge i dag<\/strong>?\u00a0 I, like most people, always want to know the weather forecast for the coming days so that I can plan for outdoor activities.\u00a0 I&#8217;m also rather curious about <strong>hvordan v\u00e6ret er<\/strong> in other cities.\u00a0 Sometimes I&#8217;ll go to weather.com and type in cities where friends and family live just to see what kind of <strong>v\u00e6r<\/strong> they are experiencing.\u00a0 So, I&#8217;ve done just that for Norway today and here are the results and I&#8217;ll give you the <strong>temperaturer<\/strong> in fahrenheit:<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Oslo<\/em>, <strong>temperaturen er<\/strong> 62.6 <strong>grader<\/strong> (degrees) og <strong>sola skinner<\/strong> (and the sun shines).<\/p>\n<p>In <em>Trondheim<\/em>, <strong>det regner<\/strong> (it&#8217;s raining) and <strong>temperaturen er<\/strong> 46.4<strong> grader<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Det er overskyet<\/strong> (cloudy) <strong>og 51.8 grader i<em> Bergen<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I <em>Stavanger<\/em> er det<\/strong> 10 <strong>grader<\/strong>, <strong>delvis overskyet og delvis sol<\/strong> (partly cloudy and partly sunny).<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00e6ret i <em>Lillehammer<\/em> er det samme som<\/strong> (the same as) <em>Stavanger<\/em>, <strong>men litt varmere<\/strong> (but a little warmer).<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00e5de <em>Bod\u00f8<\/em> og <em>Troms\u00f8<\/em><\/strong> (Both <em>Bod\u00f8<\/em> and <em>Troms\u00f8<\/em>) <strong>er\u00a0overskyet og kaldt (ca. 39 grader).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Det er varmest p\u00e5 \u00f8stlandet<\/strong> (It&#8217;s warmest on the east coast).\u00a0 <strong><em>Arendal<\/em> er nesten<\/strong> (Arendal is almost)<strong> 70 grader med mye sol<\/strong> (with a lot of sun).<\/p>\n<p>How about learning some more <strong>v\u00e6r vokabul\u00e6r<\/strong>?\u00a0 Ok.<\/p>\n<p><strong>h\u00f8ytrykk og lavtrykk<\/strong> &#8211; (high pressure and\u00a0low pressure), which can be determined by taking <strong>barometerstander<\/strong> (barometric readings)<\/p>\n<p><strong>en v\u00e6rvarsel, en v\u00e6rmelding, en v\u00e6rvarsling<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; a weather forecast<\/p>\n<p><strong>v\u00e6rvarslingsstasjon<\/strong> &#8211; weather station<\/p>\n<p><strong>et v\u00e6rkart<\/strong> &#8211; a weather chart<\/p>\n<p><strong>hvis v\u00e6ret tillater<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0weather permitting<\/p>\n<p><strong>v\u00e6rtett<\/strong> &#8211; weatherproof<\/p>\n<p><strong>v\u00e6rfast<\/strong> &#8211; stormbound, weatherbound<\/p>\n<p><strong>v\u00e6rlag<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0weather conditions<\/p>\n<p><strong>en v\u00e6rforandring, et v\u00e6romslag<\/strong> &#8211;
