Today we will teach you how to ask and answer about time.<\/p>\n<p>Lets first learn the related vocabulary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u062f\u0642\u06cc\u0642\u06d0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0daqeeqay : minutes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u0628\u062c\u06d0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0Bajay : o\u2019clock <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u06cc\u0648\u0647 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0yawa <\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong> one <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u062b\u0627\u0646\u06cc\u0647 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0sania :second <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u06a9\u0645 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0kam : less <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0628\u0627\u0646\u062f\u06d0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0baande \u00a0past <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u062f\u0648\u0647 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0dua : two <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0644\u0633<\/strong><strong> las : ten <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0646\u06cc\u0645\u06d0 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0neemay : half <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u067e\u0627\u0648\u0647 <\/strong><strong>\u00a0pau : quarter\/15 minutes <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following sentence is used to ask about time in Pashto:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0685\u0648 \u0628\u062c\u06d0 \u062f\u064a\u061f <\/strong><strong>\u00a0su bajay dee?<\/strong> What time is it?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u062f\u0648\u0647 \u0628\u062c\u06d0 \u062f\u064a.<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>\u00a0Dua bajay dee. <\/strong>It is two o\u2019clock. In this sentence the first word means \u201ctwo\u201d the second word means o\u2019clock and the last word mean is\/are. When you are saying the time you can substitute the number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0644\u0633 \u0628\u062c\u06d0 \u062f\u064a<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 Las bajay dee<\/strong>. It is ten o\u2019clock. \u00a0\u00a0The first word in the Pashto sentence is Las which means \u201cten\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0644\u0633 \u0628\u0627\u0646\u062f\u06d0 \u062f\u0648\u0647 \u0628\u062c\u06d0 \u062f\u064a<\/strong>. \u00a0\u00a0Las banday dua bajay dee. It is ten past two.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0644\u0633 \u06a9\u0645 \u062f\u0648\u0647 \u0628\u062c\u06d0 \u062f\u064a.<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0Las kam dua bajay dee.
