My name is Kasia and I was born in Poland (urodzi\u0142am si\u0119 w Polsce<\/strong>). I grew up (dorasta\u0142am<\/strong>) in a little village near Lublin in the South East of Poland (w Polsce<\/strong> po\u0142udniowo \u2013 wschodniej<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Currently (obecnie<\/strong>) I live in New Hampshire and that is why I do not see my family too often.My parents live in a single family house (dom jednorodzinny<\/strong>) on a big fruit farm. Both my mother (moja mama<\/strong>) and my father (m\u00f3j tata<\/strong>) work on the farm. My mom is a very active person (bardzo aktywna osoba<\/strong>) and always full of energy (pe\u0142na energii<\/strong>). The dull routine (nudna rutyna<\/strong>) of everyday life (\u017cycie codzienne<\/strong>) does not suit her at all. She likes to lead a hectic life (prowadzi\u0107 intensywny tryb \u017cycia<\/strong>) and she is always on the go. She takes very good care of my family (troszczy si\u0119 o rodzin\u0119<\/strong>) and is a wonderful cook (wspania\u0142a<\/strong> kucharka<\/strong>). My father on the other hand is a very quiet person (cicha osoba<\/strong>). He is good tempered (spokojny, \u0142agodny<\/strong>) and patient (cierpliwy<\/strong>) and I know that I can always rely on him (polega\u0107 na nim<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

My older brother (starszy brat<\/strong>) is married (\u017conaty<\/strong> [female \u2013 zam\u0119\u017cna<\/strong>]) and has a 9 months old daughter (c\u00f3rk\u0119<\/strong>). My sister \u2013 in – law (bratowa<\/strong>) does not work (nie pracuje<\/strong>)\u00a0but stays at home and looks after her daughter (opiekuje si\u0119 swoj\u0105 c\u00f3rk\u0105<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

My younger brother (m\u0142odszy brat<\/strong>) lives with his wife in Warsaw. They have a very nice apartment (mieszkanie<\/strong>) downtown and they both love crazy life in the capital (kochaj\u0105 szalone \u017cycie w stolicy). <\/strong>I havea very strong bond (siln\u0105<\/strong> wi\u0119\u017a<\/strong>) with him. He is a very happy person, always in a good mood (zawsze w<\/strong> dobrym humorze<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

My grandparents (dziadkowie<\/strong>) from my mother\u2019s side (ze strony mamy<\/strong>) are not alive anymore. Unfortunately I have never met my grandmother (babcia<\/strong>). I only know her from different stories (opowiadania<\/strong>) my mom used to tell me. She was a very nice person (mi\u0142a osoba<\/strong>). My Grandfather (dziadek<\/strong>) died when I was 15 years old. He lived with us (mieszka\u0142 z nami<\/strong>) and loved to tell us stories about the past (opowiadania z przesz\u0142o\u015bci)<\/strong> and they were always fascinating (fascynuj\u0105ce<\/strong>). He would tell us about the war (o wojnie<\/strong>) when he was a soldier. He fought (walczy\u0142<\/strong>) in World War II (Druga Wojna \u015awiatowa<\/strong>) so I got the best history lessons (lekcja historii<\/strong>) straight from him. I miss him (t\u0119skni\u0119 za nim<\/strong>) very much.<\/p>\n

My grandparents from my father\u2019s side (ze strony taty<\/strong>) live in the same village (w tej samej wiosce)<\/strong> as my parents. I get to see them each time I visit (odwiedzam<\/strong>) Poland.<\/p>\n

I wish I spent more time with my family. We often talk on the Skype and we can see each other at the same time.<\/p>\n

My husband (m\u00f3j m\u0105\u017c<\/strong>) was born (urodzony<\/strong>) and raised (wychowany<\/strong>) in USA, but he has Greek origin (greckie pochodzenie<\/strong>) and still has family in Greece. He \u00a0is the most wonderful person (najwspanialsza osoba<\/strong>) and he is my best friend (najlepszy przyjaciel<\/strong>). We got married (pobrali\u015bmy si\u0119 <\/strong>or wzieli\u015bmy \u015blub<\/strong>) in Poland. It was an amazing wedding. It lasted three days! There was a lot of food, vodka, singing and dancing!<\/p>\n

We have a beautiful (\u015bliczna, pi\u0119kna<\/strong>) daughter (c\u00f3rka<\/strong>) named Natalia. She just turned 9 months and is almost walking (prawie chodzi<\/strong>). She is a twinkle in our eyes (\u201cnaszym oczkiem w g\u0142owie<\/strong>\u201d) and we can not imagine (nie mo\u017cemy sobie wyobrazi\u0107<\/strong>) life without her.<\/p>\n

My mother in law (te\u015bciowa<\/strong>) is just like my husband, very loving (kochaj\u0105ca<\/strong>) and\u00a0warm (ciep\u0142a<\/strong>) and I\u2019m very lucky (mam szcz\u0119\u015bcie<\/strong>) that she lives so close since she visits often.<\/p>\n

This is a short story of my family. I\u2019m going to give you few more words you could probably use describing your loved ones.<\/p>\n
