Z czego pi\u0107?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">You do not need a special glassware to drink from&#8230;However following the rules there is a lot of different types of glassware, depending what we are drinking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The most popular big glass &#8211; <strong>szklanka<\/strong> &#8211; can be used for water (<strong>woda<\/strong>), soda <strong>(napoje gazowane<\/strong>), beer (<strong>piwo<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Smaller glass (<strong>ma\u0142a szklanka<\/strong>)\u00a0is usually great for juices (<strong>soki<\/strong>) or different mixed drinks (<strong>r\u00f3\u017cne mi\u0119szane drinki<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mug <strong>(kubek<\/strong>) is for coffee (<strong>kawa<\/strong>), tea (<strong>herbata<\/strong>), sometimes used also for sous (<strong>zupa<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Fili\u017canka<\/strong> can be used for different types of coffee or tea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Although you can drink beer from the regular glass, <strong>kufel do piwa<\/strong> is popular at the restaurants (<strong>restauracje<\/strong>), bars (<strong>bary<\/strong>) and homes (<strong>domy<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Szeroka i kr\u00f3tka\u00a0szklaneczka do drink\u00f3w<\/strong> (wide and short mixed drink glass) in Poland is often used for soda or juices as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek<\/strong> is a shot glass. Used mostly for vodka (<strong>w\u00f3dka<\/strong>), could be also used for shots of any other alcohol. Speaking of kieliszek I remember when my husband visited Poland for the first time and was asked if he knows how do we call shot glass. He responded: &#8220;Oczywi\u015bcie, malutki szklanka!&#8221; It actually made a lot of sense for him just starting learning Polish&#8230;I thought it was very funny though.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek do czerwonego wina<\/strong> ( red wine glass) is usually big and wide (<strong>du\u017cy i szeroki<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek do bia\u0142ego wina<\/strong> (white wine glass) on the other hand (<strong>&#8220;z drugiej strony&#8221;<\/strong>) is more narrow and smaller (<strong>w\u0119\u017cszy i mniejszy<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek do szampana<\/strong> (champagne glass) is also used for any type of sparkling wine (<strong>musuj\u0105ce wino<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek do margarity<\/strong> (margarita glass) is used for margarita only.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kieliszek do martini<\/strong> (martini glass) can be used for different types of cold mixed drinks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Of course there are many more types of glasses for specific drinks like <strong>czara, puchar<\/strong> (snifter, goblet), but\u00a0I just wanted to give you some vocabulary for the basic ones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Z czego pi\u0107?
