By now I’m sure that most of you have \u00a0beautiful Christmas tree standing in your living room or any other place in the house.<\/p>\n

When I was little, I remember that sometimes we used to decorate the tree on Christmas Eve. Now I definitely like it to be standing in my house long before Christmas. I usually decorate my tree during the first week of December!<\/p>\n

Some of us have real Christmas tree (prawdziwa\u00a0choinka<\/strong>), some have fake Christmas tree (sztuczna<\/strong> choinka<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

I love the real one and the smell of it…<\/p>\n

Choice of ornaments (ozdoby<\/strong>) is huge. I think that the most popular are glass ornaments (ozdoby ze szk\u0142a, bombki<\/strong>). Although I really like straw ornaments (s\u0142omiane ozdoby<\/strong>)\u00a0and ornaments made out of different fabrics (wykonane z\u00a0r\u00f3\u017cnych materia\u0142\u00f3w<\/strong>). They can be made out of material (tkanina<\/strong>),\u00a0\u00a0sponge (g\u0105bka<\/strong>), wire (drut<\/strong>). Wood ornaments (ozdoby z drewna<\/strong>) and ceramic ornaments (ceramiczne ozdoby<\/strong>) are very popular as well. Sometimes we hang little stuffed toys (pluszowe zabawki<\/strong>) on the tree as well.<\/p>\n

In my house we used to hang few real apples on tree (I grew up on an orchard farm). And of course you need candies (cukierki,\u00a0s\u0142odycze<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

For the top of the tree we can use a star (gwiazda<\/strong>) or anything else we can think of. Sometimes people put an angel (anio\u0142<\/strong>) or a glass ornament in the shape of\u00a0icicle (w kszta\u0142cie sopla lodu<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Lights on the tree can be clear (przezroczyste<\/strong>) or colorful (kolorowe<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

One last thing I forgot…chains (\u0142a\u0144cuchy<\/strong>) and ribbons (wst\u0105\u017cki<\/strong>)…and gifts under the tree (prezenty pod choink\u0105<\/strong>).<\/p>\n
