Originally a gift from the Soviet Union to the people of Poland, it took just three years to build, and was opened in 1955. The venue can hold up to 4, 500 delegates in total, with the largest congress hall holding over 2, 800. Don\u2019t worry if you are planning a smaller event however, as there is also a selection of smaller rooms and suites which are ideal for training sessions and networking events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When it comes to technical capabilities, the Palace of Culture and Science is equipped with a fully integrated sound system and a wireless internet connection which simultaneously connects a network of several thousand computer terminals. The latest audio-visual equipment is also available, and there is a team of technicians on hand to make sure that your presentation runs without any technical hitches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Housed within the Palace of Culture and Science is the decadently decorated Congress Hall (<strong>Sala Kongresowa<\/strong>), one of Warsaw\u2019s most prestigious venues. It comprises of a large amphitheatre, balconies and boxes, and can hold over 2, 800 guests. The expansive foyer is spacious enough to host a banquet or an exhibition, and there are several smaller rooms which will accommodate up to 20 guests \u2013 perfect for VIP hospitality.
