{"id":3232,"date":"2012-05-24T23:47:44","date_gmt":"2012-05-24T23:47:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/polish\/?p=3232"},"modified":"2012-05-24T23:47:44","modified_gmt":"2012-05-24T23:47:44","slug":"wlosy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/polish\/wlosy\/","title":{"rendered":"W\u0142osy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are all different and we look different.<\/p>\n<p>Today I wanted to to give you some advice how to describe different types of hair in Polish.<\/p>\n<p>Hair can be\u00a0<strong>kr\u00f3tkie<\/strong> (short) or\u00a0<strong>d\u0142ugie<\/strong> (long).<\/p>\n<p>Man can be\u00a0<strong>\u0142ysy<\/strong> (bold) or\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u0142ysiej\u0105cy<\/strong> (bolding).<\/p>\n<p>Some people have <strong>falowane\/faliste<\/strong> (wavy) hair, some have <strong>proste<\/strong> (straight) hair and some have <strong>kr\u0119cone <\/strong>(curly) hair.<\/p>\n<p>Some women have <strong>grzywka<\/strong> (bangs).<\/p>\n<p>Hair can be <strong>rozpuszczone<\/strong> (worn down),\u00a0<strong>zwi\u0105zane w kucyk<\/strong> (tied in a pony tail), <strong>zaplecione w warkocz<\/strong> (braided), <strong>upi\u0119te w kok <\/strong>(worn in a bun).<\/p>\n<p>Woman with blond hair is called <strong>blondynka<\/strong> (man &#8211; <strong>blondyn<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Woman with brown hair is called <strong>szatynka<\/strong> (man- <strong>szatyn<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Woman with black hair is called <strong>brunetka<\/strong> (man &#8211; <strong>brunet<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Woman with red hair is called<strong> ruda<\/strong> (man &#8211;<strong> rudy<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Hair can be<strong> suche<\/strong> (dry) or\u00a0<strong>t\u0142uste\/przet\u0142uszczaj\u0105ce si\u0119\u00a0<\/strong>(greasy).<\/p>\n<p>Hair can have <strong>kolor naturalny<\/strong> (natural color) or can be <strong>farbowane<\/strong> (colored).<\/p>\n<p>Perm is called <strong>trwa\u0142a<\/strong> in Polish.<\/p>\n<p>Shade of the hair can be <strong>jasne<\/strong> (light) or <strong>ciemne<\/strong> (dark).<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"W\u0142osy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T19wThq9msQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Do nast<\/strong><strong>\u0119pnego razu&#8230; <\/strong>(Till next time&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are all different and we look different.
