They are easy to make, and very popular around Christmas season. Although I love them any time of the year! My family absolutely loves this dish! Have you heard about these? They are Polish potato dumplings (great to make if you have leftover mashed potatoes). They are cooked in the water and can be served right after, but they are the best heated up on the pan after they are cooked &#8211; perfect and crispy! Often served with saut\u00e9ed onions, fresh herbs or sour-cream on the top.
