CHOCOLATE…Some of us like it milky smooth and sweet, others like it dark and bitter…No matter what is your preference, chocolate is amazing and you should take a bite during World Chocolate Day!<\/p>\n

Poland is known for chocolate (czekolada<\/strong>) and Wedel<\/strong> is a famous company that makes any type of chocolate treats. Wedel is the oldest chocolate brand in Poland. Its products have been bringing pleasure to consumers for over 160 years. Emil Wedel, the founder (za\u0142o\u017cyciel<\/strong>)\u00a0<\/span>of the company, was an unwavering optimist, who infected others with his attitude. Wedel brand means flavor (smak<\/strong>) and superior-quality chocolate with an intense, familiar taste.<\/p>\n

Whether chocolate is used to coat other candies and nuts, melted over different fruit, or shaven over a gourmet dessert, chocolate always hits the spot. I’m not a big dessert person, but chocolate is my absolute favorite: dark chocolate, chocolate ice cream or chocolate covered nuts are my go to guilty pleasure.<\/p>\n

Let’s get familiar with chocolate related vocabulary in Polish:<\/p>\n

chocolate – czekolada<\/strong><\/p>\n

milk chocolate – mleczna czekolada<\/strong><\/p>\n

dark chocolate – gorzka czekolada<\/strong><\/p>\n

chocolate ice cream – lody czekoladowe<\/strong><\/p>\n

hot chocolate – gor\u0105ca czekolada<\/strong><\/p>\n

chocolate bar – tabliczka czekoladowa<\/strong><\/p>\n
