Are you one of the people who make New Year resolutions? Do you succeed in making them happen or do you fail?<\/p>\n

New year sometimes mean new you…and if you\u00a0haven’t had much luck with keeping your New Year’s resolutions in the past, \u00a0it’s never too late to turn over a new leaf! Here are different resolutions you may want to think about for 2022…<\/p>\n

  1. Take a social media break<\/em> – zr<\/strong>\u00f3b sobie przerw\u0119 w mediach spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowych \u00a0<\/span><\/strong>– m<\/span>ay not be for everyone…but it may be just what you need<\/li>\n
  2. Reduce your single-use plastic consumption<\/em> – zmniejsz zu\u017cycie plastiku jednorazowego u\u017cytku<\/strong> – you can do your part to help reduce carbon emissions and curb, or at least slow down, global warming<\/li>\n
  3. Make time to catch up with friends and family<\/em> – znajd\u017a czas na spotkanie z przyjaci\u00f3\u0142mi i rodzin\u0105<\/strong> \u00a0– make an effort of showing up for those you love. You will be surprised how much the simple connection can improve your mood and feelings<\/li>\n
  4. Don’t go to bed angry<\/em> – nie id\u017a spa\u0107 z\u0142y<\/strong> – always find a way to resolve a problem before bedtime…you will sleep better and next day will be more amazing as well<\/li>\n
  5. Eat more veggies<\/em> – jedz wi\u0119cej warzyw<\/strong> – make it fun, try new side dishes with a lot of yummy, colorful vegetables!<\/li>\n
  6. Donate your time<\/em> – podaruj sw\u00f3j czas<\/strong> – volunteer your time to help different organizations continue life changing work, it will be really warding for you too!<\/li>\n
  7. Make fun travel plans<\/em> – zaplanuj fajn\u0105 podr\u00f3\u017c<\/strong> – whether it’s far or fairly close by…there is always so much to see!<\/li>\n
  8. Choose experiences over physical things<\/em> – wybierz do\u015bwiadczenia zamiast fizycznych rzeczy<\/strong> – it will bring you more happiness and memories<\/li>\n
  9. Drink less alcohol<\/em> – pij mniej alkoholu<\/strong> \u00a0– new non alcoholic wines and other beverages are so much fun…and so much better for your physical and mental health<\/li>\n
  10. Think positive<\/em> – my\u015bl\u00a0pozytywnie<\/strong>\u00a0– start with one positive thought every morning…try hard!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    There different resolutions for different people…make them personal, make them the right ones for you, make them achievable!<\/p>\n
