Leve ao fogo alto, mexendo \u00e0s vezes, at\u00e9 a rapadura derreter e come\u00e7ar a ferver. Pare de mexer e continue cozinhando at\u00e9 atingir o ponto de bala dura. Unte uma superf\u00edcie lisa com manteiga. Junte o amendoim e retire do fogo. Mexa com uma colher de pau at\u00e9 a calda come\u00e7ar a engrossar e a ficar opaca. Despeje a mistura sobre a superf\u00edcie untada e espalhe-a com uma esp\u00e1tula. Quando come\u00e7ar a endurecer,corte o doce em ret\u00e2ngulos. Deixe esfriar e depois guarde em recipiente bem fechado.
