Today we&#8217;re going to learn how to make a delicious Brazilian recipe, perfect for summer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Camar\u00e3o Empanado no Coco com Molho de Laranja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coconut Breaded Shrimp with Orange Sauce<\/p>\n<p>What you&#8217;ll need:<\/p>\n<p>For the shrimp<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 sal a gosto [salt to taste]<br \/>\n\u2022 2 x\u00edcaras (ch\u00e1) de \u00f3leo de soja para fritar [two teaspoons of cooking oil]<br \/>\n\u2022 1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de coco ralado seco [one teaspoon of shredded dried coconut]<br \/>\n\u2022 2 ovos [two eggs]<br \/>\n\u2022 1 pitada de pimenta caiena em p\u00f3 [a pinch of cayenne pepper]<br \/>\n\u2022 1 kg de camar\u00f5es grandes [one kilo of large shrimp]<\/p>\n<p>For the sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva\u00a0 [three tablespoons of olive oil]<br \/>\n\u2022 1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de gel\u00e9ia de laranja\u00a0 [one teaspoon of orange jam]<br \/>\n\u2022 1 colher (sopa) de vinagre de ma\u00e7\u00e3 [one tablespoon of apple vinegar]<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p><em>Limpe os camar\u00f5es mantendo apenas os rabinhos, retire o fio escuro do dorso, lave-o e tempere com sal e pimenta-caiena. Bata os ovos num prato fundo, passe os camar\u00f5es e, em seguida, empane no coco ralado. Aque\u00e7a o \u00f3leo numa frigideira grande e frite os camar\u00f5es, aos poucos, por 3-4 minutos, ou at\u00e9 dourar de maneira uniforme. Retire com uma escumadeira e coloque sobre toalha de papel. Repita a opera\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 terminar de fritar todos os camar\u00f5es. Molho: em outra panela, leve ao fogo o azeite, a gel\u00e9ia e o vinagre, at\u00e9 ferver.
