Tempere com o sal e reserve, despeje o conhaque e incline levemente a frigideira\u00a0 para que o conhaque incendeie. Junte os champignons, os tomates, o catchup, a mostarda, misture e deixe ferver por cerca de 5 minutos. Incorpore delicadamente o Creme de Leite Light, misture ao molho e retire do fogo sem deixar ferver.
