She then went on to model in Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines, and was able to achieve her dream.<\/p>\n<p>After that, she became a VJ, a TV commercial actress, and a runway model in an unexpected place: India. A Southern Brazilian of Syrian descent, many people told her she looked Indian. She recently broke into Bollywood by performing in a dance scene in a big movie by Anubhav Sinha.<\/p>\n<p>Despite interest from producers to put her in more movies, Bruna doesn&#8217;t feel ready to act. After two years in India, she&#8217;s still learning Hindi and is taking Indian dance classes. There are rumors, however, that she may star in a film by the end of the year.
