Em uma panela refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite dissolva o caldo de frango adicione o frango e mexa bem at\u00e9 incorporar bem o sabor. Acerte o sal a gosto, apague o fogo e coloque o cheiro-verde misture novamente. Numa refrat\u00e1ria coloque metade do pur\u00ea de mandioca uma camada grossa coloque todo o frango e por cima o requeij\u00e3o. Cubra com o restante do pur\u00ea com o auxilio de um garfo espalhe. Cubra com mussarela e coloque pra gratinar.
