Depois acrescente as gemas uma a uma, sem pele (passe na peneira para tirar a pele), a baunilha e o a\u00e7\u00facar. \u2028Desligue a batedeira e acrescentar a farinha de trigo, amido de milho e fermento em p\u00f3 e mexa delicadamente.\u2028 Com o aux\u00edlio de uma colher, pingue por\u00e7\u00f5es pequenas da massa em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada, mantendo dist\u00e2ncia entre as por\u00e7\u00f5es.\u2028 Leve ao forno alto (220\u00ba graus) pr\u00e9-aquecido, por cerca de 5 minutos ou at\u00e9 corar levemente.\u2028 Retire-os da assadeira ainda mornos.\u2028 Depois de frio, una os biscoitos com o doce de leite, formando sandu\u00edches e passa na calda. \u2028\u2028Recheio:\u2028\u2028 Misture e aplique nos bem casados. \u2028\u2028Calda:\u2028\u2028 Misture e leve ao fogo at\u00e9 come\u00e7ar a ferver e banhe os bem casados.
