Panetone is a classic Christmas bread filled with dry fruits and it is very famous in Brazil. It is so famous that we have &#8220;chocotone&#8221; (a chocolate panetone), salty ones (with sun dried tomatoes, turkey and cheese) and even guavatones!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I found this video that teaches how to make panetone. Em um <strong>recipiente <\/strong><em>[bowl]<\/em> misture 3 <strong>colheres de sopa<\/strong> <em>[tablespoons]<\/em> de farinha de trigo, o fermento biol\u00f3gico e 3 colheres de \u00e1gua morna, <strong>misture <\/strong><em>[mix] <\/em>bem at\u00e9 ficar tudo homog\u00eaneo e <strong>deixe descansar<\/strong> <em>[let it rest]<\/em> em algum lugar <strong>abafado <\/strong><em>[closed] <\/em>por 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2. Em um recipiente junte o restante da farinha de trigo, leite em p\u00f3, a\u00e7\u00facar e misture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3. Junte o ovo e as gemas, a margarina amolecida, ess\u00eancia de panetone, leite morno o fermento e a pitada de sal. Misture bem at\u00e9 ficar com uma <strong>massa lisa<\/strong> <em>[smooth dough]<\/em> e el\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">4. Agora <strong>separe a massa ao meio<\/strong> <em>[divide the dough in half]<\/em> para fazer o de 250g e em cada metade misture o que ser\u00e1 seu recheio (frutas ou chocolate), encorpore bem o recheio e adicione nas <strong>forminhas <\/strong><em>[mold]<\/em> de panetone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">5. Leve para descansar por 40 minutos em algum lugar quente e abafado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">6. Assim que atingir o topo das forminhas, leve para <strong>assar <\/strong>[bake] por 30 minutos em <strong>forno pr\u00e9-aquecido<\/strong> <em>[pre-heated oven]<\/em> a 180 \u00baC at\u00e9 <strong>dourar <\/strong><em>[to brown]<\/em> a parte de cima e depois reduza o fogo para assar por dentro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">7.
