Collocations are basically word combinations. For example, in English we say “to make a decision”, but in Portuguese people “take a decision”.<\/p>\n
Today let’s look at some very common collocations with verb “perder”!<\/p>\n
1. Perder algo<\/strong> = to lose something, to misplace something<\/p>\n Perdi minhas chaves. N\u00e3o sei onde est\u00e3o. [I’ve lost my keys. I don’t know where they are.]<\/em> 2.
