I don&#8217;t know about you, but I have been sleepless many times and I have tried almost everything. Todos conhecemos essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o desagrad\u00e1vel e frustrante de TER que dormir e n\u00e3o conseguir, de n\u00e3o conseguir &#8220;pregar o olho&#8221;. A falta de descanso adequado \u00e9 a origem de muitos problemas f\u00edsicos e psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Se a ins\u00f4nia se repete com frequ\u00eancia a primeira coisa a se fazer \u00e9 n\u00e3o tomar caf\u00e9, refrigerante ou ch\u00e1, pois eles t\u00eam cafe\u00edna, n\u00e3o comer em excesso no jantar e sempre praticar esportes. Se voc\u00ea acrescentar um ch\u00e1 natural a isso, talvez o sono venha com mais facilidade.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>E \u00e9 por isso que hoje vou dar uma receita de ch\u00e1 de casca de laranja. Esse ch\u00e1 \u00e9 muito saud\u00e1vel para a ins\u00f4nia, especialmente se for amargo. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m aconselhado para falta de apetite, problemas digestivos e tosse. Vamos \u00e0 receita?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Ingredientes &#8211; 01 laranja m\u00e9dia e 01 copo de \u00e1gua<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Modo de preparo &#8211; Ferva a casca de uma laranja numa panela de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel durante dez minutos. Depois coe e coloque numa jarra.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Como tomar &#8211; Para ins\u00f4nia, tomar antes de dormir. Para falta de apetite, durante a refei\u00e7\u00e3o.
