The definitions are a bit boiled down, so make sure you look to see how the words are translated in context.<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>rolar<\/strong> &#8211; to happen; to go on<\/p>\n<p><em>Acha que a festa da Larissa vai rolar mesmo?<\/em> Do you think Larissa&#8217;s party is really going to happen?<\/p>\n<p><em>O caso est\u00e1 rolando um ano e n\u00e3o acabou ainda. <\/em>The case has been going on for a year and it isn&#8217;t over yet.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>topar<\/strong> &#8211; to agree, decide to do something<\/p>\n<p><em>Quero que voc\u00ea v\u00e1 comigo \u00e0<\/em><em> Argentina. Voc\u00ea topa?<\/em> I want you to come with me to Argentina. Are you up for it?<\/p>\n<p><em>Vamos sair hoje \u00e0 noite. Voc<\/em><em>\u00eas topam?<\/em> We&#8217;re going out tonight.
