Today we’re going to look at some food and cooking vocabulary by making a salad together in Portuguese and English. We’re going to look a very simple recipe with some simple words.<\/p>\n
Salada simples<\/strong> (Simple Salad)<\/p>\n Ingredientes<\/em> (Ingredients)<\/p>\n – 1 alface americana (I head of lettuce) Modo de preparo<\/em> (Preparation)<\/p>\n 1. Lave bem todos os ingredientes (Wash ingredients well)
\n– 2 cenouras raladas (2 peeled carrots)
\n– 1 beterraba ralada (1 grated beet)
\n– 1 tomate sem pele e sem semente (1 peeled tomato without the seeds)
\n– 1 cebola cortada em rodelas (1 onion cut in slices)<\/p>\n
\n2. Rasgue as folhas do alface para que fiquem menores (Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces)
\n3. Rale as cenouras e a beterraba (Grate the carrots and the beet)
\n4. O tomate, ap\u00f3s estar sem pele e semente, deve ser picado (After peeling and removing seeds from tomato, slice tomato)<\/p>\n
