With very similar pronunciations and written forms, <\/span>descri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>discri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/i> have very distinct meanings. <\/span>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/i> means <\/span>description<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>discri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/i> means <\/span>discretion<\/span><\/i>. So it\u2019s very important not to mix the two! See:<\/span><\/p>\n There is no distinction beetween them is spoken language, Tr\u00e1s is an adverb of place that means back (and is always preceded by a preposition), while traz is the verb to bring in the third person singular.
