Reading <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tirinhas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in a foreign language can a be a very enjoyable way of learning, in addition to teaching you a lot about a country\u2019s cultural aspects and sense of humour. So today we are going to delve into the world of Brazilian cartoonist prominent cartoonist <\/span><b>Andr\u00e9 Dahmer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and his amusing series <\/span><b>Malvados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. First, let\u2019s read a little bit about the author and his projects:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O autor | The author<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For almost 20 years, the series <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Malvados <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and many others have been rising to popularity online, and is currently published daily in two of Brazil\u2019s major newspapers: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Folha de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O Globo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The simple, minimalist style and his sarcastic, black humour are the most distinguishing characteristics of Dahmer\u2019s work. Winner of four HQMix awards, the Brazilian oscars for graphic novels, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the artist approaches with a critical eye and an ironic touch contemporary issues like politics, corruption, social relations and the internet in Brazil.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How about you see it for yourself?
