Her songs make numerous allusions to Russian pop culture and are full of satire. Mochetochka&#8217;s popularity has since soared, propelled by her<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC53JOxGaJlh6vD0ZHUjWhsA\"> YouTube channel<\/a>, new album, and late-night TV appearances.<\/p>\n<p>The video below is from <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ivan_Urgant\">Ivan Urgant<\/a>&#8216;s (\u0418\u0432\u0430\u0301\u043d \u0423\u0301\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u0442) show, where Monetochka sang &#8220;\u041a\u0430\u0301\u0436\u0434\u044b\u0439 \u0440\u0430\u0437&#8221; (&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/genius.com\/Monetochka-every-time-lyrics\">Every time<\/a>&#8220;). Oxxxymiron<\/h2>\n<p>Russian rapper Oxxxymiron (real name Miron Fyodorov, \u041c\u0438\u0440\u043e\u0301\u043d \u0424\u0451\u0434\u043e\u0440\u043e\u0432) has had a interesting life. Born in St. Petersburg (\u0421\u0430\u043d\u043a\u0442-\u041f\u0435\u0442\u0435\u0440\u0431\u0443\u0301\u0440\u0433), Leningrad (\u041b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u043d\u0433\u0440\u0430\u0301\u0434) at the time, Oxxxy, as he is known to his fans, moved to Germany, where his father received an academic position, at age 9. At 15, he followed his family to England and ended up going to Oxford University.<\/p>\n<p>Oxxxymiron holds the record for the most watched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=v4rvTMBCJD0\">rap battle<\/a> on YouTube\u201410 million views on the first day and currently 32 million views (explicit language in the video!). Oxxxy has also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ldK9qvRBkMI\">battled in English<\/a>. Malbec\u2014\u041c\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0431\u044d\u0301\u043a<\/h2>\n<p>\u041c\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0431\u044d\u0301\u043a (Malbec, like the wine) started as a project of two former classmates who wanted to make music videos\u2014Roman Varnin and Aleksandr Pyanykh (\u0420\u043e\u043c\u0430\u0301\u043d \u0412\u0430\u0440\u043d\u0438\u043d \u0438 \u0410\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0441\u0430\u0301\u043d\u0434\u0440 \u041f\u044c\u044f\u043d\u044b\u0301\u0445). They ended up expanding into making music, and in 2016 Suzanna Abdulla (\u0421\u044e\u0437\u0430\u0301\u043d\u043d\u0430 \u0410\u0431\u0434\u0443\u043b\u043b\u0430\u0301) joined the group. The singer was born in Russia to a dad from Ethiopia and a Russian mother, moved to Ukraine at an early age, and had already participated in a few talent shows on TV by the time she joined Malbec.<\/p>\n<p>The band defines their genre as urban pop.
