In other words, <strong>\u0431\u044e\u0434\u0436\u0435\u0301\u0442\u043d\u0438\u043a\u0438<\/strong> are public-sector employees. So, are public officials, such as members of parliament (<strong>\u0434\u0435\u043f\u0443\u0442\u0430\u0301\u0442\u044b<\/strong>) considered <strong>\u0431\u044e\u0434\u0436\u0435\u0301\u0442\u043d\u0438\u043a\u0438<\/strong>? Law enforcement, military, security, and intelligence agencies are sometimes called <strong>\u0441\u0438\u043b\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0301\u0435 \u0432\u0435\u0301\u0434\u043e\u043c\u0441\u0442\u0432\u0430<\/strong> in Russian. <strong>\u0421\u0438\u043b\u043e\u0432\u0438\u0301\u043a<\/strong> is a person who works for one of these agencies, so someone from law enforcement (<strong>\u043f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u043e\u043e\u0445\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0301\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u043e\u0301\u0440\u0433\u0430\u043d\u044b<\/strong>), broadly defined.
