to be<\/h2>\n<h3>Present tense<\/h3>\n<p>For all intents and purposes, the only remaining present form of \u0431\u044b\u0442\u044c is \u0435\u0441\u0442\u044c, and it is usually omitted if it serves as a copula. \u0415\u0441\u0442\u044c may be used in the sense of &#8220;there is&#8221; However, in this case, that would sound very odd. It is much more common to use the perfective verb \u0441\u043c\u043e\u0447\u044c.
