It is like “I think it’s more “No” than “Yes”, but I’m not 100% positive” or “I am not sure, but I would say “No”. “\u0414\u0430” in here does not mean anything at all and is used similarly to “Well”. “\u0414\u0430” in Russian is not only the word “Yes”, but also can be used as a filler word.
