(Woody Allen)<\/div>\n<h3>&#8220;The same&#8221; isn&#8217;t always translated the same&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>For English speakers, the word &#8220;same&#8221; can be hard to render properly in Russian, because it has a number of different translations and the choice is highly context-dependent. If you mean &#8220;the same as (something already mentioned),&#8221; then the construction <b>\u0442\u043e\u0442 \u0436\u0435<\/b> (or <b>\u0442\u043e\u0442 \u0436\u0435 \u0441<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u0430<\/span>\u043c\u044b\u0439<\/b>) is generally suitable. But when &#8220;same&#8221; implies &#8220;one together&#8221;, then you can use <b>\u043e\u0434<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u0438<\/span>\u043d<\/b>.
