There are several news reports looking into the causes and outcomes of this development.<\/p>\n<p>The website BFM.ru used\u00a0this pun as a title for an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bfm.ru\/news\/282635\">article<\/a> on the subject &#8212; &#8220;<strong>\u0412\u0440\u0430\u0433\u0443 \u043d\u0435 \u0441\u0434\u0430\u0435\u0442\u0441\u044f, \u0434\u0440\u0443\u0433\u0443 \u0442\u043e\u0436\u0435<\/strong>.&#8221; <strong>\u0421\u0434\u0430\u0432<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u0430<\/span>\u0442\u044c\u0441\u044f<\/strong> is a word with multiple senses. One is &#8220;to give in, surrender,&#8221; and the other means &#8220;to be rented&#8221; and is the passive counterpart of <strong>\u0441\u0434\u0430\u0432<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u0430<\/span>\u0442\u044c<\/strong>, to rent. The title is, of course, a play on the famous line &#8220;<strong>\u0412\u0440\u0430\u0433\u0443 \u043d\u0435 \u0441\u0434\u0430\u0451\u0442\u0441\u044f \u043d\u0430\u0448 \u0433\u043e\u0440\u0434\u044b\u0439 \u00ab\u0412\u0430\u0440\u044f\u0433\u00bb<\/strong>&#8221; from a <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%92%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B3%D1%83_%D0%BD%D0%B5_%D1%81%D0%B4%D0%B0%D1%91%D1%82%D1%81%D1%8F_%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%88_%D0%B3%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B4%D1%8B%D0%B9_%C2%AB%D0%92%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%8F%D0%B3%C2%BB\">song<\/a> dedicated to a sea battle during the Russo-Japanese war.<\/p>\n<h2>High-End Properties<\/h2>\n<p>The site points out that high-end rental properties were the first to suffer &#8212; <strong>\u041f\u0435\u0440\u0432\u044b\u043c \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0441\u0435\u043b \u044d\u043b\u0438\u0442\u043d\u044b\u0439 \u0441\u0435\u0433\u043c\u0435\u043d\u0442<\/strong>. It names two main causes &#8212; <strong>\u0432\u0432\u0435\u0434<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u0435<\/span>\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u0441<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u0430<\/span>\u043d\u043a\u0446\u0438\u0439<\/strong> (imposing sanctions) and <strong>\u043e\u0431\u0432<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u0430<\/span>\u043b \u0440\u0443\u0431\u043b<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u044f<\/span><\/strong> (the plunge of the ruble).
