As millions of fans across the world mourn the deaths of Price, Carrie Fisher, and David Bowie, the Russian public is also coping with the loss of some of its most beloved celebrities. Below are some of the people who passed away in 2016.<\/p>\n

\u041d\u0430\u0442\u0430<\/span>\u043b\u044c\u044f \u041a\u0440\u0430\u0447\u043a\u043e<\/span>\u0432\u0441\u043a\u0430\u044f (Natalya Krachkovskaya) was an actress who played many supporting characters, mainly in comedies. Her notable films include \u00ab12 \u0441\u0442\u0443<\/span>\u043b\u044c\u0435\u0432\u00bb (The Twelve Chairs<\/a>)<\/i> and \u00ab\u0418\u0432\u0430<\/span>\u043d \u0412\u0430\u0441\u0438<\/span>\u043b\u044c\u0435\u0432\u0438\u0447 \u043c\u0435\u043d\u044f<\/span>\u0435\u0442 \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0444\u0435<\/span>\u0441\u0441\u0438\u044e\u00bb (Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future<\/a>).<\/i><\/p>\n

She died of a heart attack at the age of 77 on\u00a03 March 2016.<\/p>\n

Below is a scene from\u00a0Ivan Vasilyevich<\/em> where Krachkovskaya’s character is confronted with her husband and his carbon copy \u2014 the time-traveling czar Ivan the Terrible, who have both been subdued by mental health workers due to their erratic behavior. Unable to process the surprise, the character says “\u0418 \u0442\u0435\u0431\u044f<\/span> \u0432\u044b<\/span>\u043b\u0435\u0447\u0430\u0442, \u0438\u00a0\u0442\u0435\u0431\u044f<\/span> \u0442\u043e<\/span>\u0436\u0435 \u0432\u044b<\/span>\u043b\u0435\u0447\u0430\u0442, \u0438 \u043c\u0435\u043d\u044f<\/span> \u0432\u044b<\/span>\u043b\u0435\u0447\u0430\u0442” (“You will be cured, and you will be cured, too, and I will be cured.” (I realize this is not the most friendly joke towards people with mental illness, but that was the humor in the 70s.)<\/p>\n
