First we will learn some relevant grammar and vocabulary and then see if you can follow a short audio conversation in Spanish. Acabo de venir del gimnasio.<br \/>\nJason: No sab\u00eda que fueras al gimnasio.<br \/>\nRaquel: He empezado a ir hace tres semanas. Antes odiaba los gimnasios y cualquier tipo de ejercicio. Pero ten\u00eda bastante sobrepeso. Lo he pensado mucho y he decidido apuntarme.<br \/>\nJason: \u00a1Bien por ti!<br \/>\nRaquel: La verdad es que me gusta bastante y estoy empezando a sentir que tengo m\u00e1s energ\u00eda. Tengo un entrenador personal que me est\u00e1 ayudando a tonificar todo mi cuerpo.<br \/>\nJason: Suena bien. \u00bfQu\u00e9 partes de tu cuerpo has trabajado hasta ahora?<br \/>\nRaquel: La primera semana estuvimos trabajando el trasero, la segunda semana las piernas, y esta semana nos hemos centrado en brazos y pecho.<br \/>\nJason: \u00bfEst\u00e1s usando pesas?<br \/>\nRaquel: S\u00ed, todo el tiempo.
