Acompa\u00f1a adverbios y adjetivos independientemente del g\u00e9nero y n\u00famero de estos:<\/p>\n<p><em>muy malo<\/em> (very bad)<br \/>\n<em>muy buenos<\/em> (very good &#8211; masculine plural)<br \/>\n<em>muy guapa<\/em> (very beautiful &#8211; feminine)<br \/>\n<em>muy altos <\/em>(very tall &#8211; masculine plural)<br \/>\n<em>muy lejos<\/em> (very far)<br \/>\n<em>muy cerca <\/em>(very close)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mucho <\/strong>tambi\u00e9n puede funcionar como adjetivo. En ese caso es variable porque toma el g\u00e9nero y el n\u00famero de los sustantivos que acompa\u00f1a:<\/p>\n<p><em>mucha gente<\/em> (many people)<br \/>\n<em>muchas personas<\/em> (many people)<br \/>\n<em>muchos hermanos <\/em>(many brothers)<br \/>\n<em>mucho humo <\/em>(a lot of smoke)<\/p>\n<p>Tiene como superlativo &#8220;much\u00edsimo&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p><em>much\u00edsima gente<br \/>\nmuch\u00edsimas personas<br \/>\nmuch\u00edsimos hermanos<br \/>\nmuch\u00edsimo humo<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Es invariable cuando acompa\u00f1a verbos y adverbios:<\/p>\n<p><em>mucho m\u00e1s lejos<\/em> (a lot farther)<br \/>\n<em>mucho mejor<\/em> (a lot better)<br \/>\n<em>mucho peor<\/em> (a lot worse)<br \/>\n<em>mucho m\u00e1s<\/em> (a lot more)<br \/>\n<em>mucho menos<\/em> (a lot less)<br \/>\n<em>mucho antes <\/em>(a lot before)<br \/>\n<em>mucho despu\u00e9s<\/em> (a lot after)<\/p>\n<p>Algunos ejemplos m\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<p><em>Muchas personas son obesas porque comen <strong>mucho <\/strong>y son <strong>muy <\/strong>sedentarias.<\/em> (A lot of people are overweight because they eat a lot and are very sedentary.)<\/p>\n<p><em>Com\u00fanmente <strong>muchos <\/strong>pol\u00edticos exageran en sus promesas y hacen discursos <strong>muy <\/strong>largos.<\/em> (Commonly many politicians exaggerate in their promises and make very long speeches.)<\/p>\n<p><em>Mi casa es <strong>muy <\/strong>bonita pero queda <strong>muy <\/strong>lejos del centro. <\/em>(My house is very beautiful but it&#8217;s very far from downtown.)<\/p>\n<p><em>El concierto de rock comenz\u00f3 <strong>muy <\/strong>tarde y hab\u00eda <strong>mucha <\/strong>gente joven.<\/em> (The rock concert started very late and there was a lot of young people.)<\/p>\n<p>Nos vemos prontito.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vamos a aprender el uso de muy y mucho.
