Check out how they&#8217;re used:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algo <\/strong>(something, anything) can be used in both affirmative and interrogative sentences. <em>Algo <\/em>is also used meaning <em>kind of, a little, somewhat<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Algo me parece raro.<\/em><br \/>\nSomething looks weird.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfHay algo para comer?<\/em><br \/>\nIs there anything to eat?<\/p>\n<p><em>Me siento algo cansado.<\/em><br \/>\nI feel a little tired.<\/p>\n<p>In Spanish, <strong>nada <\/strong>(nothing, anything) can be used with a negative verb. <em>Nada <\/em>can also be used to emphasize something, meaning <em>at all<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Nada le parece bien.<\/em><br \/>\nHe doesn&#8217;t like anything.<\/p>\n<p><em>No comiste nada.<\/em><br \/>\nYou didn&#8217;t eat anything. \/ You ate nothing.<\/p>\n<p><em>Esta situaci\u00f3n no es nada f\u00e1cil de resolver.<\/em><br \/>\nThis situation is not easy to solve at all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alguien <\/strong>means someone or anyone and it&#8217;s used both in affirmative and interrogative sentences.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfHay alguien aqu\u00ed?<\/em><br \/>\nIs there anybody here?<\/p>\n<p><em>He visto a alguien detr\u00e1s de la puerta.<\/em><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve seen someone behind the door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nadie <\/strong>means nobody or anybody and it&#8217;s also used with negative verbs.<\/p>\n<p><em>A nadie le importa lo que \u00e9l dice.<\/em><br \/>\nNobody cares what he says.<\/p>\n<p><em>No invit\u00f3 a nadie a su fiesta.<\/em><br \/>\nHe didn&#8217;t invite anybody to his party.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey, what&#8217;s up?
