Hoy os dejo la receta de los ricos pesti\u00f1os:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Los ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>250 ml de vino Fino de Montilla<\/li>\n<li>125 ml de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>una c\u00e1scara de naranja<\/li>\n<li>50 g de ajonjol\u00ed tostado<\/li>\n<li>3 clavos<\/li>\n<li>una cucharada de canela molida<\/li>\n<li>medio kilo de harina de reposter\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>media cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>aceite de oliva para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<li>az\u00facar y canela para rebozar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n tradicional <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lo primero hay que tostar el ajonjol\u00ed. Moled el ajonjol\u00ed tostado y los tres clavos y mezclar con la harina y la sal. Ponemos el aceite y el vino, y se amasa bien, a\u00f1adiendo el resto de la harina hasta conseguir una masa suelta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En una sart\u00e9n calentamos abundante aceite de oliva, y mientras preparamos los pesti\u00f1os. Les damos forma de lazo, los doblamos y los fre\u00edmos. Se pueden hacer finos, ya que al fre\u00edr, la masa engorda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cuando est\u00e1n dorados, los ponemos en papel de cocina, y todav\u00eda calentitos se rebozan en az\u00facar y canela. Esta era mi tarea cuando ayudaba a mi madre y mis t\u00edas a prepararlos de peque\u00f1a: esmelar. Y tras esto, la cocinera probar\u00e1 el primero. Today, I\u2019ll leave you the recipe of the tasty <em>pesti\u00f1os<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The ingredients:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">250 ml of Montilla wine<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">125 ml of olive oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">a peel of orange<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">50 g of brown sesame<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3 cloves<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">a spoonful of ground cinnamon<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">almost half kilo of flour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">half teaspoonful of salt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">olive oil to fry<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">sugar and cinnamon to muffle<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Traditional preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The first thing is to toast the sesame. Grind the brown sesame and three cloves and mix them with the flour and the salt. We put the oil and the wine, and knead it, adding the rest of the flour up to obtaining a mixture. In a frying pan we warm abundant olive oil, and in the meanwhile we prepare the <em>pesti\u00f1os<\/em>. We give them form of a bow, fold them and fry them. They can be thin, because when fried, the mixture makes fat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">When they are brown, we put them in kitchen paper, and we muffle them in sugar and cinnamon. This was my task when I helped my mother and my aunts to prepare them as a child: <em>esmelar<\/em>. And after that, the cook will taste the first one.
