Let&#8217;s go for it!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>1. Correr \/ hacer aerobismo<\/strong> = to jog, to go jogging<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Francisco hace aerobismo\/corre tres veces por semana<\/em>. [Francisco goes jogging three times a week.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>2. Hacer ejercicio \/ entrenarse<\/strong> = to do exercise, to work out<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Siempre me entreno por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/em> [I always work out in the morning.]<br \/>\n<em>Hago ejercicio porque necesito adelgazar.<\/em> [I do exercises because I need to lose weight.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>3. Gimnasia<\/strong> = physical exercise<br \/>\n<strong>4. Entrenamiento<\/strong> = (sports) practice<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Hacer gimnasia regularmente te har\u00eda muy bien. \u00bfYa lo has pensado?<\/em> [Doing physical exercises would do you good. Have you thought about it?]<br \/>\n<em>Rafael tiene entrenamiento de b\u00e1squet todos los jueves<\/em>. [Rafael has basketball practice every Thursday.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>5. Entrenador<\/strong> = coach<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>&#8220;Es necesario mucho entrenamiento y dedicaci\u00f3n para ser un buen jugador&#8221;, dijo el entrenador.<\/em> [&#8220;To be a good player you need to have a lot of training and dedication,&#8221; said the coach.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>6. En buena forma f\u00edsica<\/strong> = fit, in good shape<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>T\u00fa s\u00ed que est\u00e1s en buena forma (f\u00edsica). \u00bfQu\u00e9 haces para mantenerla?<\/em> [You look very fit. Latido<\/strong> = beating (of your heart)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>El ejercicio intenso aumenta los latidos y consecuentemente estimula la circulaci\u00f3n.<\/em> [Intense exercising increases heartbeats and consequently stimulates circulation.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>9. (Gimnasia) aer\u00f3bica<\/strong> = aerobics<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>Laura se siente mucho mejor desde que comenz\u00f3 a hacer aer\u00f3bica.<\/em> [Laura feels a lot better after she started doing aerobics.]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>10. Flexi\u00f3n<\/strong> = push-up<br \/>\n<strong>11.
