They also make your output a lot richer. Here are some of the most common:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y \/ e <\/strong> (and)<br \/>\n<strong>Ni<\/strong> (nor)<br \/>\n<strong>O \/ u <\/strong> (or)<br \/>\n<strong>Pero<\/strong> (but)<br \/>\n<strong>Mas<\/strong> (but)<br \/>\n<strong>Aunque<\/strong> (although \/ though)<br \/>\n<strong>No solo \u2026 sino tambi\u00e9n<\/strong> (not only \u2026 but also \u2026)<br \/>\n<strong>Sin embargo<\/strong> (however)<br \/>\n<strong>Antes<\/strong> (before \/ rather)<br \/>\n<strong>Antes bien<\/strong> (rather)<br \/>\n<strong>M\u00e1s bien<\/strong> (although \/ even though)<br \/>\n<strong>Si bien<\/strong> (although \/ even though)<br \/>\n<strong>A pesar de <\/strong> (in spite of the fact that)<br \/>\n<strong>Con todo <\/strong> (in spite of)<br \/>\n<strong>As\u00ed pues<\/strong> (so \/ therefore)<br \/>\n<strong>As\u00ed que <\/strong> (so)<br \/>\n<strong>Conque <\/strong> (so)<br \/>\n<strong>Es decir <\/strong> (that is)<br \/>\n<strong>Esto es <\/strong> (this is)<br \/>\n<strong>Luego<\/strong> (so \/ therefore \/ afterwards)<br \/>\n<strong>O sea <\/strong> (in other words, that is)<br \/>\n<strong>Por esto<\/strong> (because of&#8230;)<br \/>\n<strong>Por (lo) tanto<\/strong> (therefore \/ so)<br \/>\n<strong>Por consiguiente<\/strong> (therefore \/ so)<br \/>\n<strong>Pues <\/strong> (since \/ as)<\/p>\n<p>So next time you&#8217;re writing or reading a text, pay close attention to these markers. Try to use as many as you can in your speech or writing in order to sound authentic. Start with one or two at a time until you feel comfortable using them.
