Poner los pelos de punta<\/strong> \u2013 to give someone the creeps
\nS\u00f3lo pensar en el accidente me pone los pelos de punta. <\/strong>\u2013 Thinking about the accident gives me the creeps.<\/em><\/p>\n

Tomarle el pelo a alguien <\/strong>\u2013 to pull someone\u00b4s leg
\nSus amigos le est\u00e1n tomando el pelo.<\/strong> \u2013 His friends are pulling his leg.<\/em><\/p>\n

BRAZO<\/strong> \u2013 arm<\/p>\n

No dar su brazo a torcer<\/strong> \u2013 not to give in, to stand firm
\nEl testarudo de Luis no da su brazo a torcer.<\/strong> \u2013 Luis is so stubborn he doesn\u00b4t give in.<\/em><\/p>\n

Cruzarse de brazos<\/strong> \u2013 to fold one\u00b4s arms, not to do anything
\nMar\u00eda se cruz\u00f3 de brazos y esper\u00f3 a que los dem\u00e1s dejaran de discutir. <\/strong>\u2013 Mar\u00eda folded her arms (didn\u00b4t do anything) and waited for the others to stop arguing.<\/em><\/p>\n

PIERNA<\/strong> \u2013 leg<\/p>\n

Dormir a pierna suelta\/tendida<\/strong> \u2013 to sleep soundly
\nEstaba tan cansado que durmi\u00f3 a pierna suelta toda la noche. <\/strong>\u2013 He was so tired he slept soundly all night long.<\/em><\/p>\n

Salir por piernas<\/strong> \u2013 1. rush out of a place 2. used to indicate that relationships (usually business) had an unpleasant outcome.<\/p>\n

Quer\u00edan armar un l\u00edo en el bar, entonces salimos por piernas.<\/strong> \u2013 People wanted to pick up a fuss at the bar, so we rushed out.<\/em>
\nEspero que no tengas que salir por piernas de esa empresa.<\/strong> \u2013 I hope everything works out at this company.<\/em><\/p>\n

DEDO <\/strong>\u2013 finger<\/p>\n

Para chuparse los dedos<\/strong> \u2013 delicious, scrumptious
\nLa paella estaba para chuparse los dedos.<\/strong> \u2013 The paella was delicious\/scrumptious.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elegir \/ nombrar a dedo<\/strong> \u2013 to give someone a job, arbitrarily
\nLa nueva secretaria fue elegida a dedo.<\/strong> \u2013 The new secretary was given the job.<\/em><\/p>\n
