Podr\u00edamos decir que son respuestas del interior por sucesos del exterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Las reconocemos por diversos cambios en nuestro cuerpo, como puede ser una enorme <strong>sonrisa<\/strong> cuando sucede algo que nos hace sentir muy <strong>contentos<\/strong>; o cuando sucede algo que nos <strong>desagrada<\/strong>, algo que nos <strong>molesta<\/strong>, lo puedes ver en un <strong>ce\u00f1o fruncido<\/strong> porque estamos muy <strong>enojados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">O como cuando estamos viendo una pel\u00edcula muy <strong>melanc\u00f3lica<\/strong>, se puede reflejar en nuestras <strong>l\u00e1grimas<\/strong>, ya que la pel\u00edcula nos hace sentir <strong>tristes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">De acuerdo a diversos autores, existen <strong>ocho emociones<\/strong> <strong>b\u00e1sicas<\/strong>. Estas <strong>emociones<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Alegr\u00eda<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Tristeza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Enojo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Sorpresa<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Verg\u00fcenza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Miedo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Asco y<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Amor<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo son las emociones?<\/p>\n<p>Para explic\u00e1rtelo, me gustar\u00eda contarte\u00a0la historia de mi amigo \u00c9ric.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ric es un chico de 16 a\u00f1os. Como a cualquiera de su edad, le gusta la m\u00fasica, pasar tiempo con sus amigos e ir al cine de vez en cuando. \u00c9l es \u00c9ric.<\/p>\n<p>Ese d\u00eda, \u00c9ric estaba jugando con sus amigos al f\u00fatbol en un campo cercano a su casa. \u00c9ric ten\u00eda una enorme sonrisa porque estaba <strong>alegre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ric estaba muy concentrado en el juego, cuando de pronto, se dio cuenta de que al costado se encontraba Rosy.<\/p>\n<p>Rosy es una chica de la escuela de \u00c9ric, por la que \u00c9ric siente <strong>amor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ric dej\u00f3 de jugar y se fue un momento a platicar con Rosy. Entonces, todos sus amigos comenzaron a re\u00edrse de ellos. Hac\u00edan bromas o comentarios que le resultaban inc\u00f3modos a \u00c9ric, por lo que sinti\u00f3 <strong>avergonzado<\/strong>, con mucha verg\u00fcenza reflej\u00e1ndose en sus mejillas rojas.<\/p>\n<p>Los amigos de \u00c9ric continuaron molest\u00e1ndolo hasta que Rosy se fue. \u00c9ric cambi\u00f3 por completo. Se puso <strong>enojado<\/strong>, con el ce\u00f1o fruncido. Decidi\u00f3 irse a caminar un rato solo para que se le bajara el enojo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin darse cuenta, ya se hab\u00eda hecho de noche. El parque se encontraba completamente oscuro y apenas pod\u00eda ver\u00a0por d\u00f3nde caminaba. Entonces, crey\u00f3 escuchar pisadas detr\u00e1s de \u00e9l. \u00c9ric se comenz\u00f3 a sentir<strong> con miedo<\/strong>, ya que pensaba que alguien lo estaba siguiendo. Eso se reflej\u00f3 en su expresi\u00f3n facial, de alguien <strong>temeroso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De pronto, se dio cuenta de que el que lo estaba siguiendo era simplemente un perrito, por lo cual se tranquiliz\u00f3. \u00c9ric estaba <strong>aliviado<\/strong>. Entonces cuando el perrito se acerc\u00f3, comenz\u00f3 a hacerle cari\u00f1itos en la pierna. De pronto, el perro se orin\u00f3 en la pierna de \u00c9ric.\u00a0\u00c9ric sinti\u00f3 mucho <strong>asco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda, este no resultaba ser un buen d\u00eda para nuestro amigo \u00c9ric, por lo que cuando se fue a su casa, se sent\u00eda muy <strong>triste<\/strong>.\u00a0Solo pod\u00eda pensar en que sus amigos se hab\u00edan burlado de \u00e9l y que un perr\u00f3 le hab\u00eda orinado el zapato.<\/p>\n<p>Al llegar a su casa se encontr\u00f3 a Rosy, lo cual hizo que \u00c9ric se sintiera <strong>sorprendido<\/strong>. \u00c9ric no esperaba que Rosy estuviera en su casa. Entonces, Rosy lo invit\u00f3 a que salieran juntos al d\u00eda siguiente. \u00c9ric se volvi\u00f3 a sentir muy <strong>alegre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como podr\u00e1s ver, \u00c9ric pas\u00f3 por las ocho emociones b\u00e1sicas en un d\u00eda. We could say that they are inside answers to events outside.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>We recognize them by various changes in our body, such as a huge <strong>smile<\/strong> when something happens that makes us feel very <strong>happy<\/strong>; or when something <strong>displeases<\/strong> us or <strong>bothers<\/strong> us, you can see a <strong>frown<\/strong> because we are very <strong>angry<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Or when we are watching\u00a0a very <strong>melancholy<\/strong> film, it can be reflected in our <strong>tears<\/strong>, as the film makes us feel <strong>sad<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>According to several authors, there are <strong>eight basic emotions<\/strong>. These <strong>emotions<\/strong> are:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Happiness<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Sadness<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Anger<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Surprise<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Shame<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Fear<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Disgust<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Love<\/em> <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>But how do\u00a0<strong>emotions <\/strong>show?<br \/>\n<\/em><em>To explain it, I will\u00a0tell you the story of my friend Eric.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Eric is a 16 year old boy. As anyone his age, he loves music, spending time with friends and going to the movies occasionally. He is Eric.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>On that day, Eric was playing soccer with his friends on a field near his house. Eric had a <strong>huge smile<\/strong> because he was <strong>happy<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Eric was very focused on the game, when suddenly he realized that by the field there was Rosy.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Rosy is a girl from Eric&#8217;s school, and Eric <strong>loves\u00a0<\/strong>her.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Eric stopped playing for a moment and went to talk to Rosy. Then all his friends began to laugh at them. They made jokes and comments that were <strong>uncomfortable<\/strong> to Eric, so he felt <strong>ashamed. <\/strong>This was\u00a0reflected by his\u00a0<strong>red cheeks<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Eric&#8217;s friends continued bothering him until Rosy left. The park was completely dark and he\u00a0could barely see where he\u00a0was going. Then he thought he heard footsteps behind him. Eric began to feel <strong>afraid<\/strong>, because he\u00a0thought someone was following him. That was reflected in his facial expression, showing <strong>fear<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>Suddenly, he realized that he was being followed by\u00a0just a puppy, so he relaxed.\u00a0Eric was <strong>relieved<\/strong>. Then when the dog approached, it\u00a0began cuddling him in the leg.
