And I think we all should quiz her on it when she’s done reading it.

But guess what? Even if you didn’t win this time, you can still follow the story. And guess what the good news is? You can do it without actually reading the book! Luckily for the rest of us, this splendid novel has been turned into a movie.

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignright size-full wp-image-235" alt="" width="240" height="240" / src="https://blogs.transparent.com/swedish/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2009/07/pop-music-from-vittula.jpg" srcset="https://blogs.transparent.com/swedish/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2009/07/pop-music-from-vittula.jpg 240w, https://blogs.transparent.com/swedish/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2009/07/pop-music-from-vittula-150x150.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px" />I know that some movies totally butcher the original stories their screenplays are based on. While Kristina is busy reading the book this summer, why don’t we try to look up the film version and watch it as our first joint blog project?
