Depending on what modifiers you use in front of the adjective the degree of what is\u00a0<\/em> or what you are <\/em>changes quite a lot. We\u2019ll take a look at the most common words which change the degree of how you are feeling. Once you have learned these words your language will take on a much more nuanced form, letting you express yourself to a much greater extent.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll start by saying that we are tired.<\/p>\n

– Jag \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n

But just how tired are you?<\/p>\n

– Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt tr\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n

Oh ok, so you are very <\/em>tired. But if you had wanted to reassure your friend that you weren\u2019t at all tired, what would you have said then?<\/p>\n

This works for any number of words. Today we will just stick feelings. Next, we can say that we are angry or happy.<\/p>\n

– Jag \u00e4r as arg. (this is slang). F\u00f6rbannad rent ut sagt faktiskt.<\/p>\n

( I am very angry, just plain fuming actually. )<\/p>\n

– Jag \u00e4r super glad.<\/p>\n

– Ja du ser otroligt glad ut.<\/p>\n

– Det regnar sjukt mycket.<\/p>\n

– Jag k\u00e4nner mig en aning sjuk.<\/p>\n
