Swedish phrasal verb: s\u00e4tta ihop \/ to assemble<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\nMastering Swedish phrasal verbs is a crucial step in advancing beyond the basics. These verbs adapt their meaning with the addition of a participle, preposition, or adverb. It&#8217;s the difference between &#8220;to put&#8221; and &#8220;to cancel&#8221; or &#8220;to say&#8221; and &#8220;to quit,&#8221; the point being that the second verb in each of those sets varies significantly from the first verb, <em>eller hur?<\/em> Below I feature three phrasal verbs that begin with the letter S; <i>st\u00e4lla, s\u00e4ga,<\/i> and<i> s\u00e4tta<\/i>.\u00a0 I\u2019ll <strong>t<\/strong><b>ouch on <\/b>(English phrasal verb there) the conjugation of each root verb, some common phrasal verb combinations, and my favorite, some practice sentences! ?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In December, I posted a blog about common phrasal verbs using the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.transparent.com\/swedish\/building-particle-verbs-with-ga\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Swedish root verb <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">g\u00e5<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
