We boarded the night train bound for Chumphon, then switched to a bus, and finally a ferry, on our way to Koh Tao. This small island on the Gulf of Thailand &#8211; whose name translates as &#8220;Turtle Island&#8221; &#8211;\u00a0 is famous for its incredible snorkeling and scuba diving. With only about 24 hours to spend there, we did our best to do a little bit of everything that Koh Tao has to offer. Sadly, we realized that one day isn&#8217;t nearly enough time.
