In India, there are some mind blowing monuments that require a specialized knowledge of construction and craftsmanship. Take for example the Hanuman Statue in Nandura. It is thirty-two meters high and located in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Hanuman is a Hindu deity who is half man and ape. The Hanuman Statue in Nandura has one of its palms facing forwards, while the other arm is leaning on a club.

The Statue is by the Ganges and pilgrims come all over to see the Shiva Statue and bathe in the Ganges.
The Thiruvalluvar Statue is twenty-nine meters tall and located in Kanyakumari; a city in Tamil Nadu. The Thiruvalluvar Statue is a stone sculpture of the Tamil author and saint Thiruvalluvar. The Statue is located at the intersection point of the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea. At night, the Statue is lighted up, and the ships that come and go in this area can clearly see how close they are to land by judging their distance to this Statue.
