India is often described as the land of religious festival (उत्सव – Utsav), fasts (उपवास – Upvaas) and feasts (भोज – Bhoj). Each region of India has some fascinating and interesting festivals, and don’t forget that they are so live and colorful.

Here, I will present you a list of the name of important Hindu festivals which are celebrated across India.
